Our comprehensive services entails a welcome email to provide you with suggestions on enhancing your Reiki Infused U experience. Additionally, Reiki healing energy is equally as effective whether you are meditating or physically active.

Before your Reiki session, you will receive a text with a few questions to help customize your session and will inform you when we are about to begin. During the session, we will be in a meditative state as we channel the healing energy towards you. You may experience subtle sensations such as vibrations, heat/coolness, tingling, or a sense of release. However, it is possible you may not notice anything at all.  Everyone's Reiki experience is unique and there is no way to know how it's supposed to go, possibilities are infinite.

After the Reiki session, you will receive a text to let you know that Reiki love has been sent. This is the perfect time to reflect on any epiphanies, visions, or synchronicities that you experienced during your session. Additionally, you can use this time to drift off into a Reiki-infused dreamland.
